Hi Jenifer , that's a normal behavior. The phone version have more languages. The PC version is limited to only some languages

Hello Natalia, I saw that problem with some USB sticks when the format is not set to FAT32, you can try to format the drive , that might fix the issue . Also check that when the songs are in the USB the extension is correct and didn't change. Good luck!

@@DaveGiaco thanks. Tried that, but no. The thing is that there is no Fat32 as an option. Just exFat or NTFS. But the problem is on any USB or SD card. This is really pissing me off :))) All the properties are same with older mp3 files which work ok playing from USB. The change is having Win 11 🙄 I am using the same site for converting youtube vids to mp3, so no change in this either. Just the OS is new.

@@nataliaionescu9125 oh ok, you upgraded to Windows 11 your PC , well the new operating systems usually have a lot of bugs at first. Well if the files are OK then check the default programs to see what is using to reproduce those files, maybe the program is not compatible now. And just as a test try another music extension, instead of mp3 , just to see if you get different results

Well there's different sites where you can download that driver . For example : driverpacks.net/catalog-drivers/notebooks/vendor-yifang/model-nxw101qc232 . Just make sure to find an specific one for your windows version, so it is compatible. Good luck

Hello there, Well as far as I know that version that you can download in Viber.com/en/download is compatible with Windows 10. I just tested with Windows 10 Home for example . It installed correctly. Did you get any specific error?

@@anonnewuserp9530 Well from what I read , it could be a problem that window is blocking Viber adds and is not letting you install the application. You could check this site that have a solution for it : windowsreport.com/how-to-fix-viber-not-opening-in-windows-10/ Good luck, it seems to be an issue related to the version of Windows 10 that you have. I saw a lot of users with the same issue

I understand , what's the format of the song you downloaded? I can recommend you what format you need to be able to reproduce it in groove music

That's not a normal RUclips function. That's because you are using the IDM . When you click that download option what format do you usually save it ? . (Right click on the video you downloaded, in there you can see as well).You can try with a video converter and change it to .MP3 for example , if you only want to listen to the music .

Ok , well in that case you were able to reproduce MP4 files in groove before?. You can try to close the application completely from task manager ( crtl + shift + ESC). Another option is to download the video again in case the file is corrupted. But I strongly suggest you to use VLC to watch MP4 files .
